Mr. Nathan Alan Patrick, age 33, of Bethlehem, passed away peacefully on Thursday, September 14, 2017 surrounded by his family after a courageous fight against cancer.

Mr. Patrick was a native of Athens, Georgia. For 14 years he served his country faithfully in the United States Air Force.

Mr. Patrick is preceded in death by his father, Mr. Stanley Patrick.

Mr. Patrick is survived by his devoted wife, Mrs. April Renfroe Patrick of Bethlehem; son, Caleb Patrick; daughter, Alyssa Patrick; mother, Teresa Thrasher Patrick; and brother, Josh(wife Candace and nephew Brayden) Patrick.

The Funeral Service to honor the life of Mr. Patrick will be held Sunday, September 17, 2017 at 2:00 PM in the Smith Memory Chapel with Rev. Donnie Pennington officiating. Burial will follow the service at Barrow Memorial Gardens with military honors. The family will be receiving friends on Saturday evening, September 16, 2017 from 6:00 PM until 9:00 PM at the funeral home.
